Triskele Reiki

Reiki is a relaxing, gentle, non-intrusive form of energy work developed in Japan in the late 1800’s. Often described as “positive Universal energy,” it works to your own greatest good. It does not interfere with other medical procedures or medicine. Healing can be gentle or profound on the physical, emotional, or mental levels. Please follow this link to one of our blog posts about this wonderful modality.

First introduced to Reiki and attuned in 2010, Kate Williams became a Reiki Master in 2017. Drawing from her massage therapy background, Kate uses light to firm holds, compressions and rocking motions to gently settle you into your body at the beginning of each session, and as necessary throughout the treatment. Of course, she is also happy to make your appointment “touch-free,” if that is preferable. Clients remain fully clothed for the entire session, and blankets and bolsters are available to ensure your comfort.

Kate is unique in her approach, in that she will often start her energy sessions with the client face down before flipping them over halfway through the session. She also starts with the seven main chakras, although will go to other part of the body or even in the greater energetic body (aura) if called. She will often include use of healing stones or guidance cards in her longer sessions.

While she can’t guarantee she’ll “see” anything or “receive messages,” it can happen. She is happy to share her impressions with you after the session has ended, and to discuss anything you may want clarity on as well.

Kate offers 30m sessions for $45, and 60m sessions for $75.

To book a session, please follow this link to The Wellness Collective’s “Team Kate” page. Scroll down to the “book appointment” button, and follow the prompts from there. Welcome to your (inspirational) journey.
